She is passionate about marketing, customer service, management, entrepreneurship, hospitality and tourism, training and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. She is a Senior Lecturer and Chair of Department at Multimedia University of Kenya.
